Incorporation Services

Once name approval is granted, most incorporations are completed within 3 to 5 business days.
Our incorporation packages include:

Not included: Customized articles, CRA program account setup (e.g., payroll, GST), business bank account setup, or WSBC registration — these can be added as optional services.
Note: A numbered company (e.g., 1234567 B.C. Ltd.) can be incorporated without name approval, allowing for faster registration. You can change the company name later through a simple filing.

Standard bylaws follow BC Registry templates. Custom bylaws are available upon request. Initial minutes include the required director/shareholder resolutions. Additional minutes are billed separately. Share certificates can be printed and formatted for official use. One set is included; additional copies are available.

Our payroll service includes up to 10 payroll runs per month - for example, biweekly payments for 5 employees. Additional runs are billed at $1.50 each. CRA remittances, T4s, and ROEs are included for annual clients.

Bookkeeping starts at $300 per month and includes a monthly income statement, balance sheet, and bank reconciliation summary. Pricing may vary based on transaction volume and number of employees.

Our website packages include up to 10 pages, mobile-responsive design, one year of hosting, and basic SEO setup. We build using WordPress for easy editing and scalability.

Shared hosting is suitable for smaller websites. Independent hosting provides greater control and access. Page updates include simple image or text revisions. Larger changes may require a custom quote.
